Corel has released the new version of Painter for 2021. Some of the new things are more thick paint brushes, improvements to the special layers, better painterly effects for photos, and the brush accelerator now works on more processors. I can now run it on my Surface Pro 5 whereas the 2020 brush accelerator wouldn't work for me last year. The price is $429 for the new version and $229 for an upgrade. For a year's subscription it is $199.
