Pixarra has released the second version of Twisted Brush Paint Studio. This program is a scaled down version of Twisted Brush Pro Studio and just has the natural media brushes. The new improvements are improved brush editing, the ability to add your custom brushes to art sets, and new brushes plus performance improvements. The upgrade was around $9. You can buy this program for around $ 29, but you can try it out for free.
