There is a new artistic photo filter app called Prisma. It has just been released for Android and I think it is also released on IOS. It is the best filter app for artistic effects that I have ever seen and its comic book filters are awesome. The app is free and available in the Google Play Store.

I have a good experience to use this app. It offers fabulous features to transform the image into an artistic form. One of the interesting things is it adds new filters on a daily basis.

I didn't know they had new filters every day! I'll have to check it more often.
