Adobe's latest release for their Adobe Draw app now adds functionality for tablets. It has been out for Android phones for a while now, but it didn't work on tablets until this last release. It is sort of a simplistic drawing app and doesn't have a lot of brushes, but it works well for simple drawing and coloring. It is also available on IOS and has been for a while.
