Infinite Painter will soon have the fixed floating color pallet.

I don't know if it's out for the public yet, but in the beta version we now have the floating palette and color wheel. It's very nice. Anyone can be a beta tester. You just join the Infinite Painter Google Plus group and go to the download link. There is also a beta group on G plus for Infinite Design too.
