NVIDIA is releasing its new Shield tablet. This is the information that has been leaked so far. The tablet comes with its own stylus and has the new Tegra K1 chip. It will come with 16 or 32 GBs of internal storage and an SD card slot. The new Tegra chip is supposed to be very fast. I don't know if the stylus will be like the s pen and have pressure capabilities. It will cost $299 for 16 GBs and $399 for 32GBs. The screen is 8 inches. I think it is supposed to compete against the Galaxy Note 8.

Sounds interesting. I'll have to keep my eye out for this as a potential replacement especially as the 32GB looks like it will be widely available (something that cant be said for the note 8 Quick search brough up this review on the "DirectStylus". www.slashgear.com/nvidia-shield-tablet-directstylus-2-review-29338977/It looks like an interesting option. Not as good as a digitizer layer but should meet my mobile sketching needs.
