Autodesk has several apps that are for 3D sculpting, but they are only available for ipad or PCs. They have 123d sculpt or 123d creature where you can sculpt 3d creatures or anything and get it 3d printed. Autodesk has said that they are working on Android apps for these programs so maybe they will have them soon. Autodesk is pretty good about bringing their apps to Android. There is a 3d printing app for Android called Let's Create Pottery where you can create a pot and get it 3d printed. I like to create the pots and export them into my painting programs where I can add my own designs to them, but you can't get those printed. I have downloaded Autodesk's PC sculpting program called Meshmixer and I use my tablets to make designs via the Splashtop Remote HD app. Meshmixer is a pretty neat program, but I will be looking forward to the android apps.

There is an app for android called True Sculpt which is a 3d sculpting program and it works pretty good. It isn't hooked up to any 3d printing service, but I suppose you could make a model and get it 3d printed on your own.
