I'm still pretty new to digital art. Those of you who are more seasoned and have gotten used to Clover Paint, can you recomend some of your facourite custom brush settings and what you use them for? Thanks

starting to get to grips with the custom brush settings. still don't understand what all the options do but I have a brush that now replicates pencil on paper well which Ian happy with.

Me too. I am finally figuring out how to alter the brushes and canvas size. I noticed there is a lag the bigger your canvas is, but that happens with PC programs too. It probably depends on the computing power of your tablet.

I have my default with a light tan drawing paper type colour background with a clear layer on top (third option). fixed frame size 1920 x 1080 (HD).
My sketching brush tapers ever so slightly. is opaque. and has a brush texture pattern to give that grainy graphite on paper look

I'll have to try that. When I got the lag, I had it set up at 4,000 by 4,000 pixels. It still worked okay and didn't crash. I was testing it to see if it would go as high as ProCreate does. I think it is probably the equal of Procreate in features, but not as user friendly. I did discover that you can float the brushes menu and position it wherever you want.

you can float any of the menu's anywhere if you wish if you have the "pro" version (cant remember what they call it in this app or have them docked in any one of the edges. you can also have 3 levels of windows instead of 2 when you press the menu button. ill put up a screen shot of mine later. I have colour options on the left, brushes and layer options on the right and pen thickness/opacity/flow at the bottom on the first option. then i just have my colour palette on my second option. the third is just the plain canvas. you can also set it so that the windows are hidden when you put the pen on the tablet which i find usefull. i have two finger pinch zoom enabled, single finger pan, and have dissabled my finger from anything other than panning. i like the 3 finger flip view function as well.

This is what I mean about customising the windows...
