The 2012 Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 is being updated to kitkat 4.4. The roll out is being done at different times for each country so some have already gotten their update and others haven't. For example Germany has gotten theirs, but the U.S. hasn't been updated yet. The Samsung representative that I talked to said the roll out was to be in batches, but he wouldn't say when. I am glad to get an update because some of the apps such as the newest version Google Plus don't work with 4.1.
