Right now the United States is looking at changing their copyright laws. Under the 1976 law all artists' work is protected the minute it is created. In this new law, we would have to spend time and money registering each individual work at not one, but two registeries. Even then your work might not be protected. This video gives a good explanation of what is happening and what to do. Listen, share it, and write letters. These changes could affect artists worldwide.
