I have just recently found a new digital painting program for the desktop PC called Paintstorm Studio. It was created by an artist who wasn't satisfied with the painting programs at the time. It is a neat program and sort of a cross between Corel Painter Essentials and Twisted Brush, but not as many brushes. It costs $19 for one license and $29 for two licenses. Here is the link.
