LayerPaint HD was just updated to include layer blend modes such as multiply, darken, dodge, burn, and several others.

That is great news.
Is there anyway to communicate to the developer to bind the color picker the stylus button, or provide the brush resize/erase like clover paint?

You might try emailing the developers. I think they are pretty responsive. Google Play should have their address listed.
