I was trying to work on my painting on both my Note 8 and 10.1 tablets and I accidentally deleted the acrylic brush on my Note 8. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall Clover Paint. Apparently a big mistake! Now I can't get the advanced UI to reload on my Note 8. I get a message that says EfT purchase recognized then it says loading and it won't go any further. If I stop it, it never loads the advanced UI. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, deleted the Clover Paint folder, cleared the app data on Clovrr Paint, cleared the app data on the Google Play Store and it still doesn't work. I've emailed the developer so I'll see what happens.

The developer sent an email saying to check my network connection which I did and it still won't load the advanced UI. There was an update in the Google Play Store today and now it's worse than ever. Half the time I can't even load the old UI or exit out of the app. It finally started working right on my Note 10.1, but it was all messed up at first. I'm getting sort of irritated about this app. What good does it do to only have it on one tablet? Especially since I paid a lot of money for it! I will email the developer again since I haven't gotten a response from my last email. Update: The developer quickly responded to my email. He said since it was now recognizing my purchase, I needed to turn on the advanced UI. To do this you go to Gallery then Options, find where it says UI view and check the box that says Extension UI for Tablets. Then you restart the app and It brings up the advanced UI.

I have found that my EFT will stop working if I don't re-connect to the Google Play Store periodically. I have found the developer to be responsive but it might take a few days hear something. I hope you can get a response to your multi-device issue. If you uninstall on BOTH devices and then just install on one device, will it work ok?
Regards

The problem was trying to get the files loaded for the advanced UI and evidently the update took care of that. The developer quickly responded to my email. He said since it was now recognizing my purchase, I needed to turn on the advanced UI. To do this you go to Gallery then Options, find where it says UI view and check the box that says Extension UI for Tablets. Then you restart the app and It brings up the advanced UI. So at least I got that fixed. I have noticed it's still having trouble loading the app since the new update, but I'm just glad I got the advanced UI back, lol.
