I'm not that familiar with the IOS platform but recently got an Iphone 5s. Do those of you who use memory intensive apps notice any improvements in performance by using an app that frees up memory in the back ground or is IOS good at making that memory available for you automatically?
My phone is always telling me that I have about 98% memory in use, which im fine with as it means everything i run regularly can be accessed faster. I just wondered if this "habit" of pre loading the memory effected the performance of RAM resource heavy applications.
When I'm using an art app on my android tablet I always make a habit of clearing any apps running in the background and clearing up the RAM in use so that I know I have my tablets full resources allocated to the task in hand.
